Here is my Restored English Translation (RET) of the 15th chapter of Beresheet (Genesis). As usual, it contains the Hebrew names and a glossary of them at the end. The Aleph/Tavs are no longer included in the main text, but I include a list of them at the end. Unfortunately, I don’t have a commentary for it.
CHAPTER 15
1 After these things, the Word of YEHOVAH came to Avram in a vision, saying, “Fear not, Avram! I am your shield and your reward will increase greatly.” 2 And Avram replied, “ADONAI YEHOVAH, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Elazar of Damasek?” 3 And Avram said, “Behold, You have given no seed to me. And, behold, the son of my house is inheriting of me!” 4 And behold, the Word of YEHOVAH came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but who shall come out of your own bowels, he shall be your heir.” 5 And He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward the heavens and count the stars, if you can count them.” And He said to him, “So shall your seed be.” 6 And he believed in YEHOVAH, and He reckoned it to him for righteousness. 7 And He said to him, “I AM YEHOVAH Who caused you to come out of Ur of the Kasdim, to give to you את the land this את to inherit it.” 8 And he replied, “ADONAI YEHOVAH, by what shall I know that I shall inherit it?” 9 And He said to him, “Take for me a 3-year-old heifer, and a 3-year-old she goat, and a 3-year-old ram, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” 10 And he took for Him את all these and he divided them in the middle and laid each piece one against another. But את the bird he did not divide. 11 And the birds of prey came down on the carcasses, Avram drove them away. 12 And when the sun was setting a deep sleep fell on Avram. And, behold, a horror of great darkness fell on him. 13 And He said to Avram, “Know for sure that your seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them. And they shall afflict them 400 years. 14 And also את the nation whom they shall serve, I will judge. And after that they shall come out with great substance. 15 And you shall go to your ancestors in peace. You shall be buried in your good old age. 16 But in the 4th generation they shall come here again, for the iniquity of the Emorim is not yet full.” 17 And it happened, the sun went down and it was dark, behold, a smoking furnace and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. 18 In the same day cut YEHOVAH with את Avram a covenant, saying, “To your seed I have given את the land this את, from the river of Mitsrayim to great river, the river Perat; 19 את the Keyni, and את the Kenizzi, and את the Kadmoni, 20 and את the Chitti, and את the Perizzi, and את the Rephaim, 21 and את the Emori, and את the Kena’ani, and את the Girgashi, and את the Yevusi.”

I consult Green’s Interlinear, the Hebraic Roots Bible, the Hebraic-Roots Version, the King James Version, the New International Version, and the Eth-Cepher. The KJV serves as the base text.
